What is WT?

Wing Tsun is a direct and uncompromising style of self-defense. As a system, it is clearly structured, dynamic, and suitable for everyday use.

Originally developed in southern China, Wing Tsun became world-famous thanks to Yip Man and Bruce Lee. Today, it is practiced by government security forces such as the German Special Forces (SEK), as well as individuals who are serious about realistic self-defense.

What makes WT special?

Principles instead of technology

Unlike many classical martial arts, Wing Tsun is not based on rigid techniques or fixed movement sequences - but on principles that are learned in training through reflex training.

Reacting under pressure

React instead of thinking. Move instead of blocking. Whether your opponent is bigger, stronger, or more aggressive – you make decisions in contact, not from a textbook. Under pressure. In the flow. For the moment that counts.

Martial arts with a claim

We don't practice a Far Eastern movement art, but a martial art. Clear, direct, physical—and always with the goal of improving. Step by step, blow by blow.
